Hello everybody, Ever wondered how Red wines are prepared basically. I am here talking about the healthy one with no alcohol in it. In this article I am going to share the tips and tricks to prepare one at home. Happy reading!!

Red wine is made by crushing and fermenting dark-colored, whole grapes.

The health benefits of red wine have been debated for some time.
Many believe that a glass each day is a valuable part of a healthy diet, while others think wine is somewhat overrated.
Studies have repeatedly shown that moderate red wine consumption seems to lower the risk of several diseases, including heart disease.
So lets get started with the ingredients,
Black Grapes - 3KG
Sugar- 750g
Dry Yeast- 100g
Whole wheat grains - 200g
Luke warm water
Purified Water- 5L
Other Supporting items:
Big Air-tight Glass jar, Wooden Spatula, Strainer.
Steps to follow:
1. At first, put all the grapes inside the jar and start crushing them roughly just to bring out the pulp and juice.(It is a glass jar so be careful)
2. Add the sugar in batches and mix them completely.
3. Activate the Yeast in Luke warm water and add it to the jar
4. Followed by add the wheat to it jar and mix all the ingredients completely.
5. Finally add the purified water to the jar, mix it and close it tight.
6. It has to be in the jar for 21 days for fermentation and everyday open it and mix them well
7. On day 21, Strain them out using a Strainer and squeeze out the juice completely
Your Red wine is good to go now.
You can also ferment the extracted juicefor another 21 days if you want.
